Terms of Service

As a donor participating in Wear Black, Give Back, I understand the Terms of Service as outlined below including my personal roles and responsibilities.

• I understand that GiveGab.com is an online platform which will safely process all contributions made through Wear Black, Give Back.
• understand that donors are given the option to cover fees and if I choose this option, 100% of my online charitable gift will go to the receiving organization.
• I understand that the credit card processing fees are 2.5% + $0.30 for all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) and the PayPal/Venmo processing fees are 1.99% +$0.49.
• I understand that any donations processed outside the Wear Black, Give Back donation period, through GiveGab.com, or subsequent recurring donations are subject to transaction fees outlined on the GiveGab.com pricing page: http://info.givegab.com/pricing.
